Rapper releases newest single & video

On his latest heater “Got Me Hot,” Kansas City upstart SleazyWorld Go compares his treatment of the opps with audacious bars about the NBA – “Lil bro spin through and drop 35 like he K.D.,” and, “Do him like Denver did the Lakers, I bet he send him home.” In the video, shot by Jerry Production (Lil Durk), Sleazy’s back home in Kansas City, Missouri, and mobbing around with his Day 1 crew.

Earlier this year SleazyWorld Go was announced by Spotify as an Artist To Watch in 2023, and iHeartRadio announced him as nominee for Best New Hip Hop Artist. He continued his hot streak by kicking off 2023 with the release of “Robbers & Villains,” a tight two-minute heater about expecting the unexpected, growing up in an environment like he did in Grand Rapids, and then later in Kansas City. He doubled down with the February 2023 release of Where The Shooters Be 2, a creative continuation of the initial mixtape with five additional new tracks. With WTSB2, Sleazy built upon what he already accomplished— adding heaters like “Catfish,” while getting reflective on “Peter Pan,” and testing out a new flow on the standout track, “Skipper.”

SleazyWorld Go’s rise to stardom began in 2019, following a personal transformation behind bars. The artist whose mom moved his family from Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Kansas City, Missouri, searching for a better life, wanted to move in a positive direction. Music was his method. He began parsing a dynamic range of songs on social media and cultivating a fanbase. Ahead of all that 2023 has in store for him, Sleazy asserts, “I want to keep breaking barriers and doing what hasn’t been done.”
