The band will perform six headlining shows at the Beacon Theatre
Hot off their electrifying performance at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony this weekend, Tedeschi Trucks Band (TTB) has announced the details for their annual residency at The Beacon Theatre, presented by Live Nation. The acclaimed 12-piece powerhouse ensemble will take over the famed New York City venue for six nights on March 10, 11, 13, 14, 20, and 21.
Presales start on Wednesday, November 12th, ahead of the general sale on Friday, November 14th at 10 am local time.VIP options will also be available for a limited time.
The group has also announced that their 2021 documentary film, Learning To Live Together: The Return of Mad Dogs & Englishmen, directed by Jesse Lautner, will premiere in its entirety exclusively on TTB’s YouTube channel for a limited time between November 11th and 16th.
On Saturday night (Nov 8th), the group blew the roof off the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles with their performance at the Rock Hall’s Class of 2025 induction ceremony to honor one of their biggest influences, Joe Cocker. TTB’s set, with original Mad Dogs member Bobby Torres sitting in on percussion, featured Tedeschi’s stellar vocals leading on “The Letter” alongside Nathaniel Rateliff and then Teddy Swims joining for “Feelin’ Alright” followed by a group singalong – including additional special guests Cyndi Lauper, Bryan Adams, and Chris Robinson – for “With A Little Help From My Friends” for a truly memorable moment to close out the evening.
Tedeschi Trucks Band previously honored Cocker and his legacy in 2015 at Virginia’s LOCKN’ Festival with an all-star tribute performance to Mad Dogs & Englishmen, one of the most iconic live rock collaborations in music history, 45 years after the original tour. With legendary keyboardist and original bandleader Leon Russell, TTB revived this landmark event, infusing it with their own blend of Southern soul, blues, and rock. Featuring original Mad Dogs members Rita Coolidge, Claudia Lennear, and Chris Stainton and a diverse group of special guests, including Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes, Warren Haynes, Anders Osborne, and Dave Mason, the stage often swelled to over 20 musicians, echoing the original tour’s grand, communal spirit. Ten years later, on September 12, 2025, Tedeschi Trucks Band and Leon Russell Present: Mad Dogs & Englishmen Revisited (Live at LOCKN’) was finally released on global streaming platforms, CD, and vinyl.
