Ablume is the subject of a new docuseries

K-pop superstars Aran, Saena, and Sio, formerly of Fifty Fifty, have announced the formation of their new trio, Albume. The upcoming group has released the first episode of their electrifying new docuseries, The Story of Ablume.

This captivating docuseries marks the first time the group has addressed their experiences in the entertainment industry and their rebirth as Ablume. Audiences first got a glimpse of what’s to come from the series from the enthralling trailer which generated an enormous amount of buzz from fans upon release. Stronger than ever, the trio is ready to share their journey—one filled with both triumphs and challenges—and speak about their unwavering belief in the power of music to inspire and transform.

The three were members of Fifty Fifty from November 2022 until June 2023 after a contract dispute with their former record label Attrakt. The ladies cited filed an injunction in The Seoul Central District Court, citing the lack of financial transparency, failure to fulfill contractual obligations, and medical negligence. A judge dismissed the suit in August 2023, stating the members “had not sufficiently explained the reasons for termination of the contract.”

Aran, Saena, and Sio signed with Massive E&C in August 2024, reintroducing themselves two months later as Ablume.
