Back-to-back shows in Delhi mark the largest single-artist shows ever in the city

Internationally acclaimed superstar Travis Scott recently wrapped back-to-back Circus Maximus shows at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi, making history with the largest rap concerts ever held in India and the biggest single-artist shows in Delhi’s history. The shows, promoted by Live Nation and BookMyShow, saw over 125,000 attendees across the two dates.

Scott is currently on the 2025 international leg of his Circus Maximus Tour, with upcoming stops in Seoul, South Korea; Sanya, Hainan, China; Tokyo, Japan; and Abu Dhabi, UAE. He will then return to India for a third performance on Wednesday, November 19th, with a stadium show at Mahalaxmi Racecourse in Mumbai.

The global tour originally launched in October 2023, spanning 76 sold-out shows across North America, Europe, the UK, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand through 2024. The tour concluded with an impressive $209.3 million gross and 1.7 million tickets sold worldwide.

Scott also made history as the first rapper to headline a sold-out show at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. After an equally successful European and UK leg, the tour wrapped as one of the most commercially successful hip-hop tours in recent history. In London, Scott performed at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, drawing over 48,500 attendees and grossing more than $6.6 million, marking his largest headline show to date. He also broke the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium merchandise sales record for any event to date at the stadium, including the NFL.
