Usher has scored his highest-charting album in over a decade with Coming Home. The project, released on February 9th via Mega/Gamma, debuts at No. 1 on Billboard’s R&B Albums chart, Top Album Sales, and Top Current Albums, becoming the top-selling album of the week.

Upon its release, the album also hit No. 1 on Apple Music’s Top Albums chart, No. 1 on their R&B Top Album chart as well as No. 1 and No. 2 on their Top Music Videos R&B chart with “Ruin” and “Good Good,” respectively. At iTunes, the project went to No. 1 on their Albums chart as well as their R&B genre Top Albums chart. At Amazon, Coming Home topped the New Releases and Best Sellers charts.

The project is Usher’s ninth studio album and was released ahead of his Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show, which was named the most-watched Super Bowl Halftime performance in history with 129.3 million viewers.

Coming Home will see a deluxe edition on February 23rd with two new songs. The expanded edition includes “Naked” and “Believe.”

The multiple Grammy winner appears on the latest episode of Into the Groove. Sponsored by Rémy Martin and produced by LA Reid, the video showcases a roundtable-style conversation between Usher and friends including Angie Nwandu, Lil Jon, Jermaine Dupri, Gayle King, Cari Champion, Shawn “Pecas” Costner, JID, Molly Qerim, Johntá Austin, and LA Reid who join together to share their reactions to his latest album. The episode was filmed at The Nomad Bar at Park MGM in Las Vegas, where the R&B superstar recently wrapped his successful two-year My Way: The Las Vegas Residency with 100 sold-out shows.

Fans can hear selections from Coming Home and his catalog during his new global outing, Usher: Past Present Future. Produced by Live Nation, the nearly 60-date North American run kicks off on August 16th and 17th with two nights in his hometown of Atlanta, performing multiple nights in most cities before wrapping in Houston on November 27th, with most shows selling out.

Usher will return to Europe in April 2025 for six stops, including three nights at London’s O2 Arena, and single-night performances in Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin. Last fall, Usher performed a now legendary eight-night residency at Paris’ La Seine Musicale.
