Masterful storyteller, esteemed recording artist and Wu-Tang veteran Ghostface Killah announces his new album, Set The Tone, due May 10th – the day after GFK’s birthday. The 19-track project, now available for pre-order, will include the recently released single “Scar Tissue” featuring Nas.
Set The Tone was conceived after years of Ghostface making prominent appearances on albums from Kendrick Lamar (Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers) and Westside Gunn (10). The anticipated release is his first full-length album since 2019’s Ghostface Killahs.
The immersive and captivating album includes nineteen original songs from Ghostface including legendary features from Nas, Ye (formerly known as Kanye West), Raekwon, Busta Rhymes, Fat Joe, Sheek Louch, Ja Rule, Jim Jones, Trevor Jackson, October London, and Bee-B, among others.
Over the years, Ghostface has maintained his position as one of the most culturally relevant artists for generations. Candidly, he has nothing left to prove. And yet, the legendary rapper continues to set the bar high for hip-hop whenever he decides to spit a verse.
