Five dates are set for the region
Frontier Touring is thrilled to announce that genre-defying artist Yungblud will bring his Idols World Tour to Australia for his biggest shows to date in January 2026. Following the colossal news that his 2026, 24-date North American tour sold out in just one minute last week, the tour is now making its way through Europe before heading to Australia in the new year with stops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.
Presales start on Thursday, October 16th, ahead of the general sale on Tuesday, October 21st, at 3 pm local time.
The international trek opens in North America next year for 24 headlining dates. The run kicks off on May 1st in Michigan, Yungblud with stops in New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, Los Angeles’ Greek Theater, and many others on the Live Nation-promoted tour.
Yungblud is rapidly becoming one of the most influential musical voices of his generation, blending elements of rock and punk to monumental effect. Known for his electrifying stage presence, his arena-filling performances have cemented his status as one of the world’s most exciting musical exports.
In 2024, the multi-instrumentalist debuted his own curated festival, Bludfest, and released a book, before unleashing his critically acclaimed, chart-topping fourth album, Idols, in June this year, alongside the Paul Dugdale-directed documentary, Yungblud: Are You Ready, Boy?
Idols landed the British pop star his third chart-topping debut in the UK and is his most personal and ambitious work yet. Described as a modern rock opera, the album features the anthemic single, “Zombie,” and opens with a nine-minute epic, “Hello Heaven, Hello.”
Capping off a mammoth year, Yungblud was handpicked by Ozzy Osbourne to perform the Black Sabbath ballad “Changes” at the Back To The Beginning benefit concert, launched the Idols World Tour, and announced a collaborative EP with multi-Grammy Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Aerosmith. Introduced with lead single “My Only Angel,” the EP titled One More Time will be released on November 21st via Capitol Records.
