“Pirates & Parrots” featuring Mac McAnally will be available on April 19th

Multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning Zac Brown Band is set to release a heartfelt memoriam “Pirates & Parrots” featuring Mac McAnally on Friday, April 19th. Brown announced the new track at Keep the Party Going: A Tribute to Jimmy Buffett at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles yesterday (Thurs, Apr 11th), as he performed on stage with McAnally. To honor Buffett’s memory and spirit, the band recently debuted the song’s chorus at the 2023 CMA Awards with Alan Jackson, before singing their long-time friend and collaborator’s signature song “Margaritaville.”

The song follows the release of “Tie Up,” a catchy summer anthem that transports listeners to dog days by the water with a fishing pole and good friends.

Zac Brown Band is nominated for Group of the Year at the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards on May 16th on Prime Video.

Next Saturday (Apr 20th), the band and Kenny Chesney will kick off the Sun Goes Down Tour in Tampa, Florida.

They will also be playing in Cape Town, South Africa in October. The band is one of the headliners of the inaugural Cape Town Country Festival which also features Kip Moore, Darius Rucker, Brothers Osborne, Cam, James Johnston, Morgan Wade, Craig Morgan, and more. Beautiful DHL Stadium will be transformed into a 60,000 daily-capacity, Nashville honky-tonk with authentic American food, drinks, boots, and hats! Additionally, CTC ’24 is offering special payment plans, allowing fans to purchase tickets and pay over three, six, or eight months.
