Stealing Hoppy Hours Hazy IPA is available now

Rock legends 311 have announced their new non-alcoholic beer, Stealing Hoppy Hours Hazy IPA, in collaboration with DrinkSip out of Venice Beach, CA. DrinkSip worked closely with P-Nut from 311 to integrate Cascade, Centennial, El Dorado, Mosaic, Citra, Idaho, and Motueka hops for a hazy that delivers hints of tropical fruit and melon that rest gently on the palate. Crafted with the best ingredients, it’s a punchy, hoppy, yet easily drinkable brew that stands tall in true New England style.

“We hope you love it as much as we do,” shares P-Nut.

311’s Stealing Hoppy Hours is a first in brewing and media history – the first ever celebrity-branded non-alcoholic beer. The name is a twist on the fan favorite “Stealing Happy Hours,” the closing track on the band’s 1997 milestone album Transistor. Stealing Hoppy Hours will be available at all California Total Wine locations this week. The brew will be soon available in most states at Total Wine by next month.

“Collaborating with those bold enough to turn their brewing passion into retail reality is the essence of DrinkSip. P-Nut from 311 added a delightful twist to this journey, sampling hops, collaborating with brewers, immersing in the creative process, and witnessing the entire product evolution from start to finish. It’s the fusion of passion, creativity, and a whole lot of fun!” shares the DrinkSip team.

Stealing Hoppy Hours is the non-alcoholic addition to 311’s branded beers, alongside Come Original IPA, the band’s much-loved collaboration with El Segundo Brewing Company which was launched in 2023.

311 mixes rock, rap, reggae and funk into their own unique, hybrid sound – and 32 years later, the band is still regarded as one of the most entertaining & dynamic live bands in the US. As veterans of over 2,000 shows across 27 countries, 311 is one of the longest running original lineups in rock, alongside iconic acts like U2 and Radiohead.

311’s celebrated live shows and touring schedule have earned them a vast and dedicated following nationwide. Their annual, headlining, amphitheater show is a staple of the US summer touring season.

311 has released 13 studio albums, two greatest hits albums, two live albums, three DVD’s and a boxed set, and have sold over nine million records in the US alone.

Ten albums have reached the Top 10 on Billboard’s Top 200 Sales Chart – and nine of their singles have reached the Top 10 on Billboard’s Alternative Radio Chart – including three No. 1 singles: “Down,” “Love Song,” and “Don’t Tread On Me” – along with ”Amber,” “All Mixed Up,” “Come Original,” “Creatures For Awhile,” “Hey You,” and “Sunset in July.”
