The fiery new track references country royalty
Platinum-selling country artist RaeLynn doubles down on her bold blend of grit and glam with her new track, “Long Live Country Music,” via The Valory Music Co. in partnership with Red Van Records/Jonas Group Entertainment.
Written by RaeLynn with Aaron Gillespie and Lauren Hungate, “Long Live Country Music” is a full-throttle anthem for the honky-tonk faithful. With references to Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, George Jones, and sawdust floors, RaeLynn celebrates the conviction of a life lived loud – all in the name of country music.
“This song is basically my love letter to Country music,” states RaeLynn. “I’m so passionate about this new sound and what it represents for me. Working with Aaron Gillespie on the production brought it to life in such a powerful way. Every reference, every lyric, it’s all straight from my heart and full of truth.”
“Long Live Country Music” is her second release since returning to The Valory Music Co., following “Heaven Is A Honktonk.” The unapologetic country rocker flips tradition on its head with a boot-stomping blend of Southern grit and divine rebellion.
Fans can catch RaeLynn performing “Long Live Country Music” and more new tracks live as direct support on Jason Aldean’s Full Throttle Tour 2025, hitting major cities including Boston, Nashville, and Houston, before wrapping on October 4th in West Palm Beach, FL.
