New dates are set for fall 2024

Aerosmith has announced rescheduled dates for its Peace Out final tour with a routing nearly identical to the original. Produced by Live Nation, the monumental 41-date North American tour kicks off in Pennsylvania on September 20th and will see the Boston rockers headline iconic arenas across the US and Canada. A highlight of the tour will be a stop in Boston for a special hometown show on New Year’s Eve 2024.

The trek, initially scheduled for last year, was postponed indefinitely while frontman Steven Tyler recovered from a vocal cord injury.

Every night will pay homage to the five decades of Aerosmith’s groundbreaking hits as they celebrate over 50 years as America’s greatest rock band. In addition, THX will bring their THX Certified Live! high-fidelity experience on the road, calibrating each arena with leading-edge technology so fans don’t miss a beat of Aerosmith’s classic rock tunes in quality audio.

All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled shows. Ticketholders will receive more information via email today (Wed, Apr 10th). Tickets for the rescheduled dates and newly added shows are on sale Friday, April 12th at 10 am local time via Ticketmaster. The tour will also offer several VIP packages and experiences for fans to take their concert experience to the next level. Packages vary but include a premium reserved ticket, limited edition merchandise and more.

In May, the iconic group will celebrate the 50th anniversary of their landmark album, Get Your Wings, as a limited edition deluxe vinyl set numbered 1-1974. Pressed on 180-gram custom color “gold spark” vinyl, the set will be housed in an embossed gold foil jacket and is uniquely numbered with gold foil and encased in black poly-lined sleeves, preserving the quality and sound of the album. The package will also contain a 1970s-era Aerosmith logo sticker and a replica vintage ad.

Get Your Wings marked the first collaboration with producer Jack Douglas, who was instrumental in shaping the sound that would define Aerosmith for decades. Recorded at New York’s Record Plant and launched with a tour that started in Boston, Get Your Wings solidified the band’s place in rock history with classics “Same Old Song and Dance,” “Train Kept a Rollin’,” “Lord of the Thighs,” “Seasons of Winter,” and more. The album has been certified triple platinum by the RIAA.
