Group will headline in 2022

Aerosmith has postponed its 50th Anniversary Fenway Park homecoming show by another year. Steven Tyler and Co will now headline the MLB stadium on September 8, 2022, two years after its initial plans.

“We wanted to let you know that our 50th Anniversary Fenway show is moving to Thursday, September 8, 2022,” the band shares on social media. “While we know that means you have to wait a bit longer, we feel confident this is the right move in order to ensure we give you all the show you deserve for everyone who has held onto their ticket to see this show. All tickets will be valid for the new dates – Check your emails for more details. We can’t wait to rock with you all!”

The performance was originally scheduled for September 18, 2020 but pushed to September 14, 2021 due to the pandemic. No reason was given for rescheduling a second time.

The band has yet to announce rescheduled dates for its Deuces Are Wild Las Vegas residency that were postponed from last summer. The Aerosmith: Deuces Are Wild residency at the Park Theater is the world’s first THX Certified live performance presented in L-ISA Immersive Hyperreal Sound, bringing fans face-to-face with America’s greatest rock ‘n’ roll band in one of the most immersive, state-of-the art audio experiences ever.

Aerosmith has postponed its 2021 European summer tour to 2022. The trek is slated to start on June 1st in Portugal and run through mid-July with stops in Italy, United Kingdom, and others.
