The track is the first from her long-awaited next album
Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum recording artist and international superstar, Ariana Grande releases “Yes, And?” via Republic Records. Recorded in New York City, the new single was written and produced by Grande, Max Martin, and Ilya Salmanzadeh.
Grande first teased the song earlier this week on social media to an immediate outpouring of fanfare online in anticipation of the new single.
“‘yes, and?’ say that shit with your chest….. and / be your own fuckin best….. friend / say that shit with your chest….. / keep moving like what’s next?’ ‘yes, and?'” Grande sings in the chorus.
The song, her first solo single in three years, is the debut track from her high-anticipated forthcoming seventh studio album. The pop star teased that “Yes, And?” is not the title of the project, but the single’s artwork is one of the album cover’s variants.
