Joel returns to the Mile High City after five years

Billy Joel is kicking off 2024 by announcing a series of concerts with the latest being for Denver’s Coors Field on Friday, July 12th. The iconic musician will perform his most beloved songs from throughout his illustrious career. The spectacular show promises to be an unforgettable evening of live music.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, January 12th at 10 am PT via Ticketmaster. Presale for Citi card members starts Monday, January 8th at 10 am local time.

In a rare occurrence, this is the fourth show announced in a single day as the legendary Piano Man is known for sharing one date at a time, usually weeks apart. Earlier in the day, Joel shared that he and Stevie Nicks will continue their joint headlining One Night Only stadium concert series with a stop at Chicago’s Soldier Field on June 21st. Also, Joel and Sting will headline Busch Stadium in St. Louis on September 27th as part of the One Night Only event. He also announced a solo show for Seattle’s T-Mobile Park for May 24th.

Joel will perform his first concert in Japan in 16 years on January 24, 2024, at the Tokyo Dome for a one-night-only event, marking his 12th stop in the country since 1978.

New York’s quintessential son is one of the greatest musicians of our time. He began Madison Square Garden’s first-ever music franchise in January 2014 that continues to this day, performing one show at The Garden each month. Joel’s record-breaking residency will end in July 2024, a little more than 10 years after it first began, marking Joel’s 150th lifetime show, which have all sold out at the venue. Joel’s MSG shows have redefined the concept of residency. The scope and ambition of Joel’s residency, where he has played once a month at Madison Square Garden, is unprecedented.

This summer, Joel will also perform his first-ever show in Cardiff and only European performance in 2024. Joel will be performing a one-off show at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Friday, August 9th, joined by special guest Chris Isaak.
