Michaels created the tour with a Mardi Gras

Music icon Bret Michaels is expanding his Parti-Gras Tour into 2024. The Poison frontman-curated event recently wrapped the first run of 12 dates on the 2023 Parti Gras Tour featuring Night Ranger, Jefferson Starship, former Journey vocalist Steve Augeri and Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath. Michaels created the tour with a Mardi Gras feel in celebration of his great fans and hit music, featuring a surprise guest at every show.

“I could not have had a better time this summer,” Michaels states. “With three generations of fans coming together for an awesome night of big hits and big fun – it truly has been the feel-good tour of the summer I wanted it to be.”

While dates and details for 2024 are forthcoming, Michaels will once again team with Live Nation for Parti-Gras 2.0 which will feature hit after hit. Michaels also recently announced the trek continues with Fall Ball Parti-Gras through December for “an epic holiday concert & party.”

Next year, Michaels will co-headline RokIsland Fest from January 17-20 in Key West, bringing the Parti-Gras theme to southern Florida with Twisted Sister’s Dee Snider, Foreigner’s Lou Gramm, Jefferson Starship and Trixter.

Earlier this year, Michaels released his highly-anticipated new single for “Back In The Day (A Road Trip Throwback Anthem).” The video is a modern day MTV throwback to the early days of the music TV network with never before seen images and photos done in front of a traditional green screen with pop-up graphics.

Last year, Poison was part of The Stadium Tour with Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. The trek was named the biggest North American stadium tour of 2022 with more than 1.3 million tickets sold, topping $173.5 million in gross sales. Twenty-five stops of The Stadium Tour sold out while amassing over one million tickets sold to eager fans awaiting to see the trek.
