The band returns for 10 shows in 2024

Due to popular demand, one of the most successful and critically acclaimed rock bands of all time – Chicago – has announced that it will return to The Venetian Theatre inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas in 2024 for the seventh year in a row for a ten-show limited engagement. The shows will be held on February 21, 23, 24, and 28 and March 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 and 9, 2024 at 8 pm.

Tickets start at $49.95, plus applicable fees, and will go on sale to the general public on Friday, September 29th at 10 am PT. Tickets will be available for purchase via Ticketmaster, any box office at The Venetian Resort, or by calling 702.414.9000 or 866.641.7469.

Chicago fan club members will have access to a pre-sale beginning Monday, September 25th at 10 am PT. The Venetian Resort Grazie Rewards members, as well as Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers, will receive access to a pre-sale beginning Wednesday, September 27th at 10 am PT. All pre-sales will end Thursday, September 28th at 10 pm PT.

Chicago came in as the highest-charting American band in Billboard Magazine’s Top 125 Artists Of All Time. Chicago is also the first American rock band to chart Top 40 albums in six consecutive decades.

Chicago recently announced it will light up the holidays with a new collection that combines songs from all three of its beloved Christmas albums. Chicago Greatest Christmas Hits will be released on November 3rd on CD, red and green vinyl and digitally. The festive compilation shines a spotlight on Chicago’s unmistakable sound across 13 yuletide favorites, including “Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow,” “All Over The World,” “Wonderful Christmas Time” (featuring Dolly Parton) and “Winter Wonderland.”

Chicago released their 38th studio album, Born for This Moment in 2022, which included the hit single “If This is Goodbye.”

Featuring the signature sounds Chicago fans have come to love, Born for This Moment, captures the true heart of this legendary band. Over the entire course of 14 vibrant new songs, the album encapsulates the unique blend of award-winning and personal songwriting, multilayered harmonic vocalizations, and world-class arrangements that have been electrifying audiences across the globe for decades.

Also in 2022, Gravitas Ventures released Chicago’s documentary The Last Band on Stage directed by Peter Curtis Pardini and narrated by the band’s longtime friend and actor Joe Mantegna. On March 14, 2020, Chicago is the last band playing in the US as COVID lockdowns begin and “The Last Band on Stage” tells the incredible story of how the 56-year-old band survived a pandemic that stopped the world in its tracks.

Chicago received The Recording Academy’s Lifetime Achievement Award from the Grammys. The Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates performers who have made outstanding contributions of artistic significance to the field of recording. A special award ceremony and tribute concert celebrating the honorees was held in 2020.

Chicago was inducted into the 2016 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This was their first nomination. They’ve been eligible since 1994.
