Group has rescheduled all three dates

The Chicks have postponed three shows due to illness within the group. After postponing Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena show last night (Thurs, July 27th) hours before it was set to begin, the trio has postponed Saturday’s concert in Knoxville, TN and Sunday’s show in Greensboro, NC.

“We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our priority is to put on a show you all deserve,” the group says in a message.

The group has rescheduled all three dates with the Greensboro show taking place August 8th, Knoxville on September 21st and Nashville on September 23rd.

All original tickets will be honored at the rescheduled performances. Wild Rivers will support the newly rescheduled dates.

It’s unclear who is ill, but Natalie Maines, Martie Magruire and Emily Robison will return to the road on August 2nd in Columbia, Maryland.

The Chicks World Tour 2023 kicked off last month in Europe before moving Stateside on July 21st. The 37-date tour is produced by Live Nation and now runs through September 23rd in Nashville.

The band is supporting their fifth studio album, Gaslighter which was released in July 2020 via Columbia Records. The 12-track record was co-produced by award-winning singer-songwriter, producer, and close friend of the band Jack Antonoff and marked a nearly 14 year gap between records.
