The band is rescheduling the shows

Genesis has postponed the final four Last Domino? Tour dates due to positive COVID-19 tests within the band. The group didn’t share who has tested positive, but says the shows are being rescheduled.

“Following guidance and advice from the government, it is with huge regret that the final four shows of Genesis’ Last Domino? Tour (this evening (8/10) at Glasgow SSE Hydro and 11, 12, 13 October at The O2 in London) have had to be postponed due to positive COVID 19 tests within the band,” they share.

The statement continues, “This is a hugely frustrating development for the band who are devastated with this unlucky turn of events. They hate having to take these steps but the safety of the audience and touring crew has to take priority. They look forward to seeing you upon their return.”

The shows are being rescheduled and new dates will be announced when available. All tickets will remain valid and ticket holders will be contacted by their ticket providers.

The tour was announced last March with additional dates announced shortly thereafter due incredible fan demand. The trek was initially set for fall 2020, but postponed due to the pandemic.

They make highly anticipated return to North America for the first time in 14 years playing major cities across the US and Canada this November and December 2021. The Kicking off at Chicago’s United Center on November 15th, the trek makes 14 stops for a monthlong run.

Zac Brown Band, Korn, KISS, Tesla, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Foo Fighters, Buckcherry, Mammoth WVH and The Cadillac Three are among those who have been forced to postpone or cancel dates due to an active case within their touring camps, including some band members themselves. Members of Eric Church’s touring band have tested positive, but the Chief is playing two special solo shows this weekend instead of canceling.
