Song is latest from forthcoming album

Swedish modern metal visionaries In Flames has shared the video for “Meet Your Maker.” The song is a pulsating track with hypnotizing power and furious anger. Like a raw nerve exposed, the song speaks of the desperation and frustration brought on by the chaotic dystopia of post-pandemic society.

“When we started to write for Foregone, ‘Meet Your Maker’ became the song that set the tone in terms of what we were aiming for sonically as well as thematically,” shares frontman Anders Fridén. “You’ll see it’s everything you’ve come to expect from In Flames and some. Enjoy and see you on the road in 2023!”

The band will release their 14th studio album, Foregone, on February 10th via a new deal with Nuclear Blast. The set will be available in a variety of formats including CD, four cassette variants including Yellow Green & Blue, 12 different vinyl offerings, such as Red, and a 2 LP picture disc with CD, pocket watch, sticker and 28 page booklet, among others.

Previously shared songs from the new album include “Foregone, Pt. 1,” “Foregone, Pt. 2,” “The Great Deceiver,” and “State of Slow Decay.”
