Berry also reissues several albums digitally

Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter John Berry is celebrating a career milestone with the 30th anniversary of his No. 1 hit, “Your Love Amazes Me.” Penned by Amanda Hunt-Taylor and Chuck Jones, Berry recorded the single and released it in January 1994 as the third single from his self-titled album. The song went No. 1 on May 21, 1994, and ultimately solidified itself as Berry’s “signature song” throughout his career.

“Wow! Thirty years! It doesn’t seem possible! What a blessing this song has been to me,” Berry tells us. “I’m so thankful for the songwriters, Chuck Jones & Amanda Hunt Taylor, and the gift they have given to so many through this timeless song.”

Berry also recently re-released several albums with StarVista Music, including Thomas Road, Christmas, Hits, I Give My Heart, and What I Love The Most. All five albums, an instant “go to” at Berry’s live shows, offer fans music throughout his career. Thomas Road includes the original version of “The Richest Man,” while Christmas includes “You Raise Me Up,” “Blue Christmas,” “O’ Holy Night,” and more. What I Love The Most contains ten tracks, including “You’re My Sunshine,” “What A Woman Wants,” “She Don’t Need Me,” “I’ve Seen It All,” and more. I Give My Heart includes 11 tunes, including “Time In A Bottle,” “Faithfully,” “I Give My Heart,” “Let’s Stay Together,” “Lady,” and more. Hits contains 12 of Berry’s biggest hits, including “Kiss Me In The Car,” “Your Love Amazes Me,” “A Mind Of Her Own,” “Change My Mind,” and “Standing On The Edge Of Goodbye,” just to name a few.

“I have performed on Country For A Cause several times throughout the years. It is a show that is crazy! One night out of year during CMA Fest week – we all come together for a show full of entertainment to raise money for Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. The roster this year is full of artists including myself, hosts T.G. Sheppard and Kelly Lang, Chapel Hart, Lee Greenwood, Crystal Gayle, Darin & Brooke Aldridge, Terri Gibbs, Lacy J. Dalton – and more. It’s going to be fun!”

Berry was recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at the ninth annual Carolina Country Music Awards and was inducted into the North American Country Music Hall of Fame International, recognized for his contributions to country music.
