Track featured on debut album

32 Bridge Entertainment/EMI Records Nashville recording artist Jon Langston is sharing the latest look at his debut full-length album, Heart On Ice, with the new song “Day In the 90’s” out everywhere now. Evoking the feeling of ‘90s country with the sonic heat of a modern barn burner, Langston offers up his bid for the perfect summer anthem on the track, which he co-wrote with Jody Stevens, Jordan Walker, and Chris Miller. Cranking up the volume on his good-time vocal growl, low-slung guitars and a thumping beat frame double-meaning lyrics as refreshing as an afternoon on the lake.

“Everyone loves a good ‘90s song,” shares Langston. “It feels like you’re out on the boat drinking a beer with your friends, and I love those kinds of songs. That’s the way I am – I can be serious, but I can have a good time, too. It feels just like the title sounds.”

Out September 8th, Heart On Ice infuses Langston’s country-radio roots with a fresh electricity, tracking his evolution and adding a bold sense of maturity. Ahead of its release, Langston shared the project’s title track, as well as the slow burning “Whiskey Does” and tender ballad, “Ain’t No Cowboy.”

Last night (Thurs, Aug 17th), Langston hit the stage on Luke Bryan’s Country On Tour in Cincinnati, Ohio, performing fan-favorite hits and new music. Joining Bryan for select dates through October, Langston is also set for headlining shows in dozens of cities for the remainder of 2023.
