Global popstar Jung Kook of BTS has joined forces with Swedish DJ and record producer Alesso to release “Seven” featuring Latto, a progressive house remix of Jung Kook’s Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 solo single “Seven.”
“Seven (featuring Latto) – Alesso Remix” is a track notable for its use of synth bass. The remix, layered with dynamic rhythm variation and bass drop, perfectly encapsulates the sound of sizzling summer nights.
Jung Kook had previously released Weekday Version remixes of “Seven” that emit a lively, upbeat vibe to evoke the feeling of spending energetic weekdays with the artist. The initial remixes were followed by Weekend Version remixes that boast a more passionate, captivating mood. The newly dropped summery remix will allow listeners to enjoy the track on a whole new level.
“Seven” remains No. 1 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Song Global for five consecutive weeks while topping the Daily Top Song Global chart for 39 days.
Last month, the song made history as Jung Kook became the first Korean solo artist to debut atop Spotify’s Daily Top Song Global Chart, and remained No. 1 for two days upon its release in July. “Seven” also debuted at No. 1 on South Korea’s biggest streaming platform Melon’s Top 100 chart, dated July 15th, becoming the song by a male soloist to make such a feat within the shortest time since its release in 2023.
