Clarkson was recently honored with the 2,733rd star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and is the recipient of an array of awards, including three consecutive Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host for The Kelly Clarkson Show, three Grammy Awards, four American Music Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, one MTV Movie & TV Award, two Academy of Country Music Awards, two American Country Awards and one Country Music Association Award. She is also the first artist to top each of Billboard’s pop, adult contemporary, country and dance charts.

Clarkson recently relocated her talk show to New York City. NBCUniversal confirmed in May it would be making a significant investment in moving physical production for The Kelly Clarkson Show to New York. It included the cost of a new state-of-the-art studio, technical facility, support team space and green rooms for guests. The show now tapes in newly refreshed Studio 6A, which boasts a relaxed intimate vibe, a prominent platform for Clarkson’s house band, Y’All (led by music director Jason Halbert) and 200 seats to welcome fans to participate in a live in-studio experience. Studio 6A is the former home for the previous Late Night series hosted by David Letterman, Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Fallon.
