Rolling “Kellyoke” sound stage gives fans a virtual duet with Clarkson

Kelly Clarkson is looking for the greatest undiscovered singers across America with her multiple Daytime Emmy Award-winning series, The Kelly Clarkson Show. The pop superstar is launching a nationwide “Kellyoke” contest that transforms a tour bus into a rolling sound stage for fans to sing a virtual duet with the multiple Emmy Award-winning and Grammy Award-winning host.

The Kelly Clarkson Show “Kellyoke” bus will make stops in New York City, Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles beginning on Sunday, August 21st. Singers are also invited to join the search virtually on TikTok using #KellyokeSearch. Standout performances may be featured on the nationally syndicated talk show, which airs in all 210 television markets in the country.

“I can’t wait to see and hear what y’all can do!” Clarkson shares. “Bringing people together through music, being on the road and having the opportunity to thank fans in person for sharing their talents, inspiring us with their stories and for singing along with me is the perfect way to start the new season.”

Since the premiere of The Kelly Clarkson Show in 2019, “Kellyoke” has become an institution. The fan-favorite segment features Clarkson and her band Y’all, who turn audience requests and personal favorites into performances that captivate viewers. Many “Kellyoke” performances have gone viral. “Kellyoke” began as a staple of Clarkson’s live concerts and continued as a collaboration with her long-time music director Jason Halbert and her vocal director Jessi Collins. Over the talk show’s three seasons, Clarkson has covered more than 500 songs that have allowed her to flex her vocal talent across multiple musical genres from rock and pop to country.
