Blockbuster music video will be released on each artist’s Facebook page
Three of the hottest artists in the world — KHEA, Julia Michaels, and Becky G — have united for a joint single entitled “Only One” featuring Di Genius via This Is M Records/Interscope Records.
This blockbuster collaboration embodies the intersection of genres and cultures on one instantly irresistible bilingual anthem with Argentine trap phenom KHEA, Mexican-American global superstar Becky G, and Southern California-raised Grammy nominated, multi-platinum singer and songwriter Julia Michaels. It all happens over a laid-back guitar-laden beat from Grammy winning Jamaican producer Di Genius (Drake, Shakira).
This one of a kind effort required an equally massive rollout, so (instead of just one) three music videos will accompany the track. Directed by NAVS and produced by Compostela Films & Arts, the visuals depict a high-octane escape from a futuristic prison shot at the real-life Mira Loma Detention Center in Lancaster, CA (previously used by ICE). In order to tell the story, the artists star in their own respective narratives. Additionally, Di Genius makes a very special cameo, becoming a catalyst for the big break.
The first video, told from Michaels’ point-of-view, just premiered exclusively on her Facebook page. The second drops on Becky G’s Facebook Page on July 22nd. The final video premieres on KHEA’s Facebook Page and all video platforms on July 29th.
