Rockers head Down Under this fall

The Killers have announced that they are returning to Australia and New Zealand for 11 shows this November and December. The band is embarking on the Imploding the Mirage Tour 2022 which will close out the year with a mix of arena and outdoor shows Down Under. Frontier Touring is promoting the Australian and New Zealand leg of the tour.

Kicking off in Auckland on November 21st, the band will perform in Christchurch, Brisbane, Barossa Valley, Perth, Geelong, Melbourne and Hunter Valley before wrapping in Sydney on December 19th.

Tickets for most shows are on sale now via Frontier Touring. The original Brisbane show on November 29th is sold out, sparking a an additional show for November 30th. The first of two Melbourne shows has also sold out. Tickets for the second Brisbane show go on sale Tuesday, April 12th for Frontier Members with the public on sale to follow on Wednesday, April 13th.

The Killers recently released “The Getting By II” lifted from their Pressure Machine (Deluxe) album available now through Island Records/Universal Music Australia. The set includes seven new reimagined songs from the original Pressure Machine album.

The band has also recently released a new live documentary Notes From A Quiet Town, a 33-minute film that sees The Killers visit Nephi, Utah which is where frontman Brandon Flowers lived between the ages of eight and sixteen and follows on from the band’s seventh studio album Pressure Machine.
