Lauren Alaina has announced the release of her book, Getting Good At Being You: Learning to Love Who God Made You to Be, on November 2nd with Trisha Yearwood writing the Foreword. With a little bit of country, a whole lot of faith, and a healthy dose of sass, the award-winning singer-songwriter’s debut book invites fans to take the road less traveled as they step right up to who God calls you to be.

Each story leads to practical tips, take-it-on-the-road strategies, and encouragement for your own personal and spiritual growth.
Alaina and Yearwood have teamed up previously for a duet version of “Getting Good.” The pair made the announcement during Alaina’s appearance on Yearwood’s Food Network show,ย Trisha’s Southern Kitchen last summer, following a pre-quarantine taping.
