Rimes will also headline London’s O2 Arena in May 2024

On the heels of the official announcement of her headlining the infamous London O2 in early 2024, Grammy Award-winning and multi-platinum-selling artist, LeAnn Rimes is releasing a special gift for all music lovers titled, God’s Work (Resurrected). This exclusive extended edition is a re-creation of her previous album God’s Work, which was released last year and received praise from fans and critics alike.

The new version includes a variety of “resurrected” tracks, breathing new life and spirit into the already beautifully meaningful and produced songs including the hit, “Imagined With Love (Resurrected)”, The song becomes a global anthem as it features the stunning vocals of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Choir, NYC Gay Men’s Chorus and San Francisco’s Gay Men’s Chorus.

“As many people know the LGBTQ+ community is a huge part of my life. And over the course of my career, I’ve worked with many different choral groups, and I love that it’s music and community that brings people together,” shares the 2017 HRC Award recipient. “With everything happening in the world, I felt it was important now more than ever, to bring these beautiful people and their voices together from all over the world.”

Additionally, listeners will find a new spin on “Innocent (Resurrected)”, a ballad that is now stripped down to Rimes’ captivating vocals paired with a piano, bass and strings performed by the Los Angeles Orchid Quartet.

“I had the wonderful opportunity to perform with the Orchid Quartet during a candlelight show in LA, and they joined me in performing songs from my previous and future Chant records,” shares the music icon. “It was such a beautiful experience, I had to invite them to join me on this album.”

Lastly, to change up the tempo, multi-Grammy award-winning producer Dave Audé put his dance spin on three tracks, delivering two different versions of the UK No. 3 Radio 2 hit, “Spaceship” and her anthem to Mother Earth “Throw My Arms Around the World.”

When speaking about her relationship with the DJ, the powerhouse vocalist says, “Dave and I have such a long history together, he has remixed over 20 of my songs over the years, and it only felt fitting for him to close out this album with his rendition of these tracks.”

Rimes will perform songs from this latest body of work and many others from her iconic catalog on May 8, 2024, when she headlines The London 02 arena. This will mark her first show on UK soil in six years, for one remarkable night and what is her biggest UK show to date.
