LPB Poody has teamed with Lil Wayne and Moneybagg Yo for a remix on his hot “Batman” single. The song has garnered 50 million streams and counting by the rapper who’s named one of the top rising artists to watch in 2021.
Known widely for his first single “Address It,” the 20-year-old achieved a commendable feat with over 50 million streams thanks to its fast acceleration on TikTok. Last summer, the rapper teamed up with other rising artists including 42 Dugg on “Connected” and released Untamed in January, with features from Yung Bleu and GCM 26. Fan favorites like “Radio Boyz,” “Ghostriders” and “Welcome 2 Carver Shores” prove Poody’s versatile approach to street raps and a promise of what’s to come.
Poody is currently in the studio putting together his next mixtape, a project he promises will be more diverse than anything he’s released.
“I’ve got a variety of new music coming,” he adds. “I’m working on my vocals, singing and stuff. I like trying new things.”
The “Batman” remix is just a taste of what’s ahead this year from the young rapper.
