Rescheduled dates are due to Tae’s pregnancy

Maddie & Tae have postponed their 2022 tour dates due to Taylor (Tae) Kerr’s pregnancy. The multi-Platinum-selling country duo shared the news via social media on Monday (Dec 27th), stating rescheduled tour dates are forthcoming.

“As excited as we are to get out on the road and see everyone, we are holding off on our return a little bit longer,” the duo writes. “Tae and her baby are doing great, but the doctor has placed her on temporary bed rest. Out of precaution, we are postponing our upcoming tour dates including the CMT Next Women of Country: All Song No Static Tour. Rescheduled dates to be announced soon!”

The duo, which also features Madison (Maddie) Font, was set to kick off the CMT Next Women of Country tour January 6th in Oklahoma City and run through February 12th in Atlanta. Callista Clark and a CMT Next Women of Country inductee Sacha are both set to appear at each stop of the 16 city trek.

The pair announced Tae’s pregnancy in a Thanksgiving post on social media. The singer and her husband are expecting a baby girl in the spring of 2022.

Maddie & Tae will release Through The Madness Vol. 1 on January 28th via UMG Nashville. Maintaining their fierce independence and vulnerability, the eight track project follows last year’s critically acclaimed No. 1 debuting The Way It Feels album.
