Show takes place ahead of Wembley Stadium concert

Mötley Crüe has posted a video to its social channels for a London club show next week for a band called Dögs of War. No explanation was shared, but fans are are assuming it’s Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee and John 5 performing under the pseudonym. The show is set for Friday, June 30th at the 450-capacity venue The Underworld in London, one day before they co-headline Wembley Stadium with Def Leppard on July 1st.

Tickets are not yet available, but the show is set for 8 pm with a strict curfew of 10 pm. The video also includes what could be a new song from the Crüe.

The band is currently in Europe on The World Tour with Def Leppard. The bands are trekking through Europe through July before wrapping in Glasgow, UK at Hampden Park Stadium on July 6th. The US leg of the World Tour kicks off in August, including their first-ever show at the HA Chapman Stadium in Tulsa, OK. The tour is produced by Live Nation.

Australian and Japanese dates are set for November.

The World Tour is an extension of last year’s The Stadium Tour which was named the biggest North American stadium tour of 2022 with more than 1.3 million tickets sold.

The trek is the first with new Mötley Crüe guitarist John 5 who’s replaced Mick Mars after leaving the band due to his health. The guitarist, who has suffered from Ankylosing Spondylitis since he was in his late teens, says the struggle is too painful to continue touring. An on going back and forth between Mars and his former bandmates continues publicly.
