One of a kind all-star concert premieres with nugs.net on April 24th

The Mick Fleetwood & Friends concert held one year ago at the iconic London Palladium will now make its debut via a livestream and on-demand event. The concert was originally due to be screened in cinemas globally, however due to on-going COVID-19 restrictions, as well as audiences who were unable to be there on the night for this historic show clamoring to be able to see it, the show will premiere exclusively online at nugs.net in HD and 4K streaming video with Dolby Atmos sound from April 24th at 3 pm ET, and will then be available for five days via video on demand. Tickets are $19.99. It will then be released on physical formats on April 30th.

On February 25, 2020, mere days before the first case of COVID-19 was discovered in the UK, as the ongoing pandemic necessitated the suspension of modern society, a very special concert took place at the legendary Palladium in London celebrating the songs of Peter Green and the original incarnation of Fleetwood Mac.

The audience at that sold out show witnessed something unique at what would be the last live concert anyone would attend until further notice. The concert celebrates the early years of Fleetwood Mac and its original guitarist Peter Green, but took on a poignant and unfortunate further significance in July 2020 with the tragic passing of Green.

This show, curated by Mick Fleetwood, is a testament to the far-reaching and hugely important effect Green had on the world. All of the incredible cast of musicians on the night were inspired and compelled by Green’s music, with their deep connection to his music in evidence.

The players gathered were an all-star cast and all of the musicians present that night had a deep and frequently far-fetched, cosmic connection to the songs.

The participants that night included Neil Finn, Noel Gallagher, Billy Gibbons, David Gilmour, Kirk Hammett, John Mayall, Christine McVie, Jeremy Spencer, Zak Starkey, Pete Townshend, Steven Tyler and Bill Wyman. Legendary producer Glyn Johns joined as the executive sound producer and the house band featured Mick Fleetwood himself along with Dave Bronze, Jonny Lang, Andy Fairweather Low, Ricky Peterson and Rick Vito.

The show will be released as a deluxe box set containing 4 LP gatefold vinyl, as well as a 20-page mediabook featuring Blu-ray and 2 CD, and also a deluxe 44 page hardbound book pack featuring sleevenotes by Mick Fleetwood biographer Anthony Bozza, stunning photos from the event and behind the scenes. 4 LP gatefold vinyl, 2 CD and Blu-ray, and 2 CD options are also available separately.
