Superstar scores CMA Award nomination

Thomas Rhett has earned his 18th No. 1 single with “Country Again” as the song summits both the Billboard Country and Mediabase/Country Aircheck Charts, while previously earning the top spot at Canadian Country Radio for two consecutive weeks. Serving as the defining title track for his latest album, the song also marks the superstar’s 12th consecutive No. 1 hit — the longest current active streak in the format via the Mediabase/Country Aircheck Chart.

“This song is so special to me, because every line really is autobiographical,” Rhett shares. “But it’s also a song about centering yourself and reconnecting with the things that are truly important to you; which is different for all of us. Being able to share this song with fans each night on the road finally and seeing how it’s resonating with them is something I will never take for granted.”

Last week, Rhett notched a CMA Award nomination for “Male Vocalist of the Year.” The 55th Annual CMA Awards airs live from Nashville Wednesday, November 10th from 8-11 pm ET/delayed PT on ABC.

Rhett recently launched his headlining The Center Point Road Tour, produced by Live Nation with special guests Cole Swindell and Gabby Barrett. Tickets previously purchased will be honored accordingly for the rescheduled dates due to the pandemic.
