Video features cameo by Quincy Jones

Travis Scott shares the music video for “Out West” featuring Young Thug. Hopping behind the camera, Scott co-directed the video alongside White Trash Tyler and also features a cameo from the legendary Quincy Jones.

The single remains a standout from the recent Jackboys debut pack via Epic Records. Upon arrival, it bowed at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 as his third consecutive No. 1 entry on the chart and the first No. 1 of 2020.

Once again, the six-time GRAMMY Award-nominated artist, designer, style icon, ASTROWORLD Festival curator, and Cactus Jack record label founder turns up alongside longtime cohort and frequent collaborator Young Thug. In the grainy visual, these two 21st century titans rage in a packed house party, kicking it old school and channeling the controlled chaos of their longstanding union — now eleven collaborations deep! The clip reflects the song’s dynamic energy with quick cuts and throwback filters.

Another rising hit, “Out West” has already clocked nearly 175 million global streams and counting. Complex claimed, “Trav and Thug have two distinct sounds, and they’ve become two of the most influential voices for a whole new generation of rappers.”
