Start Your Legacy Tour presented by Coors kicks off in March
Neo-traditionalist and rising country star Walker Montgomery is kicking off spring 2024 with the Start Your Legacy Tour in PBR Bars across the country, sponsored by Coors. The trek will kick off in Music City on March 16th at PBR Nashville Live! and will visit Baltimore, Norfolk, Louisville, Kansas City, and more through April 4th.

Montgomery is roaring into 2024 after a successful previous year which included releasing his current EP, Work to Do, as well as several singles from the project, including the rocking “Lonely For A Livin’,” the crisp, fiddle and steel-tinged two-stepper title track “Work To Do,” and the touching love ballad, “Tired Of You.” He also proudly made his debut on the hallowed Grand Ole Opry stage in December with his father, 90’s country hit maker John Michael Montgomery, and Uncle Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry watching from the wings. He’ll be busy in 2024 on the road touring across the country following his newly-announced PBR Bar Start Your Legacy Tour dates.
Walker Montgomery knows a thing or two about family tradition but is also striving to build his own legacy. The 24-year-old son of John Michael Montgomery and nephew of Montgomery Gentry’s Eddie Montgomery was raised away from the spotlight in Nicholasville, Kentucky, but moved to Nashville and is carving a path all his own on today’s country scene. Montgomery’s pedigree is matched only by his passion for real country music, and he’s already put his classically-inspired, honey-bourbon vocal to use on a self-penned debut hit (“Simple Town,” over 5.2 million Spotify streams) and the romantic power-ballad, “She Don’t Know,” (featured on the 2022 Rust EP) has garnered the new artist over 20 million streams worldwide, in addition to his other story-building singles, the high-energy “Out of Nowhere” and good-time filled “Bad Day To Be A Beer.”
