Pop star celebrates 10th anniversary of album

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of Echoes of Silence, the third and final of the breakout mixtapes from 2011, The Weeknd announces the launch of a capsule designed in collaboration with renowned Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama.

The expansive capsule collection features a 1000% Sorayama x The Weeknd Be@rbrick, 400% + 100% Sorayama x The Weeknd Be@rbrick, a variety of cut and sew tees, long sleeves, hoodies, crewnecks, an Alpha MA-1 Slim Fit Bomber Jacket, a trucker hat, and a lithograph. In addition, the Echoes of Silence 2 LP vinyl will be rereleased in its original form with standard art along with a special edition version featuring art from Sorayama.

“I am very happy to collaborate with you,” says Hajime Sorayama. “Congratulations on your 10th year anniversary, ABEL! I wish for your continuous success and health. Let’s run it back on your 20th year Anniversary :)”

Following suit with the other two mixtape anniversaries in this series, Echoes of Silence will be released on DSPs in it’s original form.

The capsule collection is available exclusively on shop.theweeknd.com. Prices range from $25 for the lithograph to $980 for the 1000% Be@rbrick.

The collection follows the Starboy capsule collection from November, celebrating the album’s fifth anniversary. The five-piece limited edition collection was designed in collaboration with John Ross’s Seventh Heaven.
