Song appears on new album Weird!
British singer/songwriter Yungblud shares his latest song, “Acting Like That,” featuring Machine Gun Kelly, from his forthcoming full length album, WEIRD!, due Friday, December 4th via Locomotion/Interscope Records.
“‘Acting Like That’ is a result of what happens when me, MGK and Travis [Barker] get together, the energy’s electric and we write songs that amplify a feeling. this song radiates just going fucking nuts at your favorite show, a feeling that we all need right now. this song is about losing control and feeling free with your best fucking mates.”
The album will be released on CD, vinyl and cassette and was pushed back from an original November release date. Described as a coming-of-age album, Weird! includes the new track, “Mars,” “Cotton Candy,” “God Save Me, But Don’t Drown Me Out,” “Weird!” and “Strawberry Lipstick,” among others.
Yungblud is in the midst of The Weird Time of Life Tour virtual tour. Final stops include New York, Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Seattle and Sydney. Each show on the 16 date global digital run, presented by Moment House, will be a unique localized experience with full-scale production.
