Album arrives atop of two country album charts

CMA Awards Vocal Group of the Year 2021 nominee Zac Brown Band is topping the charts with their new album, The Comeback. The album arrived as the Top New Country Album release and earned the No. 1 spot on the Current Country Albums Sales chart as well. The 15-track project features their Top 3 country radio single “Same Boat.”

GRAMMY Award-winning lead singer, Zac Brown, boasts a co-writer credit on every song and co-produced the entire record. The Comeback is the band’s latest project since their 2019 release of The Owl, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 Chart and showcased the dynamic melodies and genre-bending sounds they have long been known for. The album included their hit single, “Someone I Used To Know,” which won a CMT Award for Group Video of the Year.

The album is the first in a new partnership with Warner Music Nashville/Home Grown Music. It was recorded at Brown’s renowned Southern Ground Nashville studio, which he had on the market last year.

The Zac Brown Band is currently in the midst of its The Comeback Tour which sees the group reunite after canceling its 2020 tour and laying of 90% of its touring crew due to the pandemic. The group is set to open for The Rolling Stones on Veteran’s Day in Atlanta.
