The first two tracks are out on May 31st

Adam Lambert ushers in his boldest and most unapologetic era yet with the announcement of his new EP, Afters, set for a July 19th release via The Orchard. Fans will get the first taste of the new project on Friday, May 31st when “Lube” and “Wet Dream” are released.

An exploration of sexuality and liberation, Afters captures the essence of modern queer culture with pulsating beats and sultry lyrics.

“Creating Afters has been such a liberating experience as I chose to craft an EP of house music that’s unapologetically queer and sex-positive,” Lambert shares. “I throw many house parties and my aim was to create a soundtrack inspired by wild nights, giving a voice to our communities’ hedonistic desires and exploits. Feeling more confident than ever, I wanted to get shamelessly raw and real with the listener. AFTERS is meant to make you move, sweat, fantasize and connect!”

Afters follows Adam’s LP of inspired covers, High Drama, which earned him his fifth top 10 on Billboard’s Album Sales Chart. The album kickstarted the next chapter in Lambert’s solo career, drawing on his well-known penchant for high drama — an artist comfortable in his skin, being well and truly himself, and loving every minute.
