In December 2013, Billy Joel was named Madison Square Garden’s first-ever music franchise, joining the ranks of the storied venue’s other original franchises – the New York Knicks and New York Rangers. The record-breaking residency began in January 2014 with Joel playing one show every month at The Garden, “as long as the demand continues,” says Joel.

Both of the December and January MSG shows are sold out.

This weekend, Joel is Down Under for his first concert in Melbourne, Australia in 14 years. Joel’s exclusive One Night Only In Australia concert at Melbourne’s iconic MCG will be held December 10th and has sold out 71,000 tickets.

Joel will also perform at the grand opening for the new OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, Canada on February 25th with a history-making performance, marking the next chapter in the songwriter’s longstanding relationship with Mohegan.
