New dates include festival appearances
Platinum recording artist and CMA Awards Male Vocalist of the Year nominee Cody Johnson has added 15 more concerts to his 2024 The Leather Tour to launch on January 19th in Sacramento at the Golden 1 Center. The 2024 schedule includes Johnson’s first headline performance in Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena and festival appearances.
Special guests on the tour next year include Justin Moore, Chris Janson, Dillon Carmichael, and Drake Milligan. Support guests vary by market.
Newly announced dates go on sale Friday, November 3rd.
Leather was announced last month and includes the album’s first single, “The Painter,” along with the just-released “Work Boots” and “Watching My Old Flame Go Out.”
The album is the follow-up to Johnson’s 2019 Ain’t Nothin’ To It studio album and 2021’s Human The Double Album. Since that album debuted, Johnson’s career has skyrocketed bringing in 17 career RIAA certifications, a Pandora Billionaire Award and nearly five billion global streams. He released two additional projects, A Cody Johnson Christmas album and Cody Johnson & The Rockin’ CJB Live and an award-winning feature-length documentary Dear Rodeo: The Cody Johnson Story.
Johnson’s reputation as an electrifying performer continues to reign and has resulted in a long list of sold out shows on his headline tours and he’s been selected as a special supporting guest on multiple stadium concerts with Zac Brown Band and Luke Combs.
