Trek kicks off May 2022

Global superstar Ed Sheeran is set to embark on + – = ÷ x TOUR (pronounced The Mathematics Tour) in summer 2022. The first leg of the trek includes stadium dates throughout the UK, Europe and Ireland. Shows start May 12th in Belfast with stops in Cardiff, Sunderland, Manchester, Glasgow, three shows London’s Wembley Stadium, and others. Shows are currently scheduled through September in Frankfurt, Germany with additional dates expected to be announced.

General on sale starts Saturday, September 25th at 9 am BST via Ticketmaster. There will be no pre-sales for the trek.

It’s his first outing since his record-setting two year Divide Tour from 2017-2019.

The run is named after his string of studio albums, the latest — = (pronounced Equals) — which will be available October 29th via Atlantic Records. The album is the the fourth installment in Sheeran’s symbol album series, and his most accomplished work yet.

In June, Sheeran released Equal‘s lead single, “Bad Habits,” which continues its ascent on the US charts, while the companion music video has amassed over 120 million views. In his native UK, the track has spent 11 consecutive weeks at No. 1, marking Sheeran as the first British solo artist to reach 52 weeks at No. 1 with his catalogue of songs.
