Duet version of Alaina’s “Getting Good” available on June 26th

Lauren Alaina is set to release a duet version of her new single “Getting Good” with Trisha Yearwood. The pair made the announcement during Alaina’s appearance on Yearwood’s Food Network show, Trisha’s Southern Kitchen this week. The pair filmed the episode pre-quarantine and will release the single on June 26th via UMG Nashville.

During the episode, the two Georgia natives cooked up some great dishes and sang harmony on Alaina’s current single, “Getting Good.”

Lauren posted a video saying, “I never could’ve imagined that this YEARWOOD give me the opportunity to release a duet with one of my favorite singers of all time. I’m so proud to announce that Trisha Yearwood and I are releasing a collaboration of my single, ‘Getting Good,’ this Friday.”

The original solo track appears on Alaina’s Getting Good EP that was released this spring. The EP also includes the Top 20 hit “Ladies In The 90’s.” Alaina opened Blake Shelton’s Friends & Heroes 2020 Tour with John Anderson, Trace Adkins and The Bellamy Brothers.
