McCartney announces first live shows since 2019

Following more than a year of speculation, Paul McCartney announces the Got Back Tour, a 13-city return to US stages. The trek kicks off April 28th with his first ever show in Spokane, WA and runs through to June 16th in East Rutherford NJ, where the former Beatle will play MetLife Stadium for the first time since 2016.

“I said at the end of the last tour that I’d see you next time. I said I was going to get back to you. Well, I got back!” McCartney shares.

Got Back will see McCartney’s live debuts in Hollywood, FL; Knoxville, TN; and Winston-Salem, NC; his first Fort Worth, TX and Baltimore, MD shows since 1976 with Wings and 1964 with The Beatles, respectively, and his first Oakland, CA date in 20 years. The tour will also include stops in cities where McCartney has put in more recent yet no less unforgettable performances, including Boston, Los Angeles, Orlando, Seattle, and Syracuse, NY.

Tickets for all dates will be on sale to the public beginning Friday, February 25th at 10 am local time via Ticketmaster. American Express Card Members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning Tuesday, February 22nd at 10 am local time through Thursday, February 24th at 10 pm local time.

Got Back marks McCartney’s first series of live shows since his Freshen Up Tour wrapped in July 2019.
