Livestream broadcasts from Nashville

Robert Plant and Alison Krauss are set to premiere their new collaborative album, Raise The Roof, via a livestream on Friday, November 19th, the same day that album drops. The concert will stream from Nashville’s Sound Emporium Studios at 1 pm ET/10 am PST/7 pm CET/6 pm GMT via YouTube.

Earlier today, the pair appeared with an all-star line-up of legendary musicians for a special one-off performance on The One Show on BBC One and iPlayer. They were also guests on Apple Music’s Zane Lowe which can be streamed now.

The album was produced by T Bone Burnett, who also produced their 2007 debut Raising Sand. Songs by Merle Haggard, Allen Toussaint, the Everly Brothers, Anne Briggs, Geeshie Wiley, Bert Jansch and others appear, as well as the Plant/Burnett original “High And Lonesome.”

The set will be available on CD and a variety of vinyl configurations including 2 LP black vinyl, limited edition transparent yellow 2 LP vinyl and Coke bottle clear 2 LP, both being available for 1500 copies each. Target will have an exclusive version with alternate artwork and two bonus tracks.
