Withdrawal was made hours after filing

Hannah Lee Fowler, the wife of country superstar Sam Hunt, has changed her mind about divorce. Fowler withdrew her petition against Hunt the same day she filed on Friday, February 18th, People reports.

Tennessee court documents show Fowler requested that the divorce paperwork be “voluntarily nonsuited without prejudice” just hours after filing. The wording leaves Fowler open to filing again in the future.

Fowler citied infidelity as the reason during the initial filing. She claims that Hunt is “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” and “the husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”

The paperwork also revealed that the couple is expecting their first child together in May. They have not shared the pregnancy news publicly as of press time.

Fowler had asked for transitional, rehabilitative and future alimony, along with primary custody of their unborn child and child support. She was also asking that both parties “be awarded their respective separate property,” which suggests a prenup was signed before the couple wed in 2017.

No word on why Fowler changed her mind.
