Garth Brooks has set Friday, May 13th as the new opening night at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati with the second concert on Saturday, May 14th.

This will be the country star’s first time at the home of the Bengals and the only Stadium Tour stop in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. During the first on sale for the anticipated initial show on May 16th, 2020, The Garth Brooks Stadium Tour set the all time record for entertainment in Cincinnati, Ohio in 75 minutes with a sell out of over 70,000.

Tickets will be on sale, Friday, April 29th at 10 am ET via Ticketmaster, 1-877-654-2784 or through the Ticketmaster App on your mobile phone. Please note there will be no ticket sales at the venue box office on April 29th.

Cincinnati is one of several dates that was canceled completely in 2021 due to a resurgence of rising COVID cases towards the end of summer. Nashville, which was rained out but ultimately canceled, added a second night. We were in attendance for both of last week’s shows which combined sold more than the original single date.

Additional 2022 Stadium Tour dates include Fayetteville, AR, Baton Rouge, LA, a return to Notre Dame this spring, and rescheduled events from 2021 including his first-ever show at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA and two shows in Charlotte. He’s also revisiting Salt Lake City for a second show as the only return date on the trek and has offered a second show in Charlotte if stadium personnel want to do it. He also sold out his first-ever headlining appearance at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX which prompted standing room tickets to be offered at half price.

Three cities are left to be announced before wrapping with a sold out five night stand in Dublin, Ireland in September.

Last week while in Nashville, we broke the news that his new entertainment complex in downtown Nashville is named Friends in Low Places. The retail shop is now open and features a variety of Stadium Tour merchandise along with items from wife Trisha Yearwood. Brooks told the press ahead of the Nashville shows that he’s cleaning out his warehouse where fans can get some “really kind of rare things,” such as concert t-shirts from the Central Park show in 1997. He reaffirmed the rare items will not be available online as they’re very limited in quantity. Fans should monitor his socials for announcements.
