Band’s final concert on the trek set for TV sets around the world

Television networks around the world are set to air U2 – Experience: Live in Berlin concert film beginning November 30th in Japan, according to U2Songs. A 75 minute cut of the final stop on the band’s massive eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour is set to air in Germany, Romania, Austraia, Bulgeria, Canada, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia and Switzerland with most of the airings on January 1, 2020. Other countries are scheduled to be announced with a full cut of the film set for home video release via Interscope and Eagle Vision to follow, although nothing has been confirmed as of press time.

The edited 75 minute television broadcast will feature songs like “Elevation,” “Vertigo,” “Even Better than the Real Thing,” “You’re the Best Thing About Me,” “Summer of Love,” “Pride (In the Name of Love),” “New Year’s Day,” “City of Blinding Lights,” and “One,” among others.

This release will follow the band’s U2 – iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour: Live in Paris Blu-ray/DVD from 2016. The band originally planned to release a concert film of The Joshua Tree Tour 2017 in June 2019, but has planned to push it back to 2020, most likely due to the continuation of the two year trek that will wrap December 15th with their first ever show in India.

We will share more details as they become available.
