All March shows are postponed under doctor’s orders

Adele is under the weather and has postponed the March dates of her Weekends With Adele residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. All ten dates are affected with the pop star’s team working out details to reschedule.

“Sadly I have to take a beat and pause my Vegas residency,” she writes. “I was sick at the end of the last leg and all the way through my break. I hadn’t quite gotten the chance to get back to full health before shows resume and now I’m sick again, and unfortunately, it’s all taken a toll on my voice. And so on doctors orders I have no choice but to rest thoroughly. The remaining five weekends of this leg are being postponed to a later date. We are already working out the details and you will be sent the information ASAP.”

The postponed dates are March 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29 and 30th.

When the residency wraps, Adele will have performed 64 shows in two years. The show was slated to kick off in January 2022 but was indefinitely postponed the day before it was to begin, citing COVID and supply chain issues for her reasoning. However, it was later revealed the initial 24-run was canceled due to creative issues.

In November 2022, Adele launched the residency and added 12 additional shows, totaling 32 for 16 consecutive weekends, including Christmas and New Year’s.

This summer, Adele will headline eight shows in Munich, marking her first mainland European shows since 2016. Adele in Munich dates will feature the global superstar performing in a bespoke open-air arena that will be created especially for this residency with a capacity for 80,000 people per night.
