Album charts around the world

Grammy-nominated Mammoth WVH, the brainchild of Wolfgang Van Halen, has made its debut on the Billboard charts with their newly released album Mammoth II topping the Top Hard Rock Albums chart and coming in at No. 3 on the Top Rock Albums, No. 4 on the Top Album Sales, Top Current Album Sales, and Vinyl Albums; No. 6 on the Independent Albums, Top Rock & Alternative Albums; and No. 28 on the Billboard 200.

The album’s single “I’m Alright” also makes its Top 20 debut on the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart at No. 19.

Internationally, Mammoth II debuts in the UK at No. 2 on the Rock & Metal Albums, No. 4 on the Independent Albums, No. 10 on the Physical Albums and Album Sales, No. 12 on the Album Downloads, No. 22 on the Vinyl Albums, and No. 76 on the Official Albums Chart.

The album also debuts at No. 1 on the Rock charts and No. 2 on the Physical and Vinyl charts in Sweden, No. 4 in Switzerland, No. 9 in Scotland, No. 14 in Germany – the highest international, non-catalogue entry of the week. In Canada, the single “Another Celebration at the End of the World” breaks into the Top 10 at active rock radio reaching a new chart high at No. 7.

“I never could’ve imagined the 2nd album having a better first week than the debut, but somehow here we are,” Van Halen says of the feat. “Absolutely insane. I’m honored and eternally grateful.”

Mammoth WVH is currently performing on the Metallica: M72 World Tour before continuing on with The Mammoth II Tour playing headlining dates across the US and Canada through the end of the year. The group will rejoin Metallica in 2024 for a run of M72 World Tour European dates.
